“Here is a copy of his birth certificate obtained from the Karachi Municipal Corporation, stating that Ali Jafary was born on the 11th of November, 1921, in house number 161 in Kharadhar, Karachi — a far cry from Kerman, Iran.

Jafarey’s Comments

The FORGER, quite coward not to give his/her name, missed the following points that expose his/her Forgery:

1. My Registered Birth Date in my Iranian Citizenship ID, Iranian Passports, Iranian Driver’s License, US Citizenship, US Passports, California Driver’s License [photo copies available], the Registration of my Family in Karachi with the Police Department during the British regime and then with its Pakistani succession as a Permanent Iranian Resident of Karachi, and all academic and other certificates show it to be 18th Bahman 1299 = 7th February 1921, born in Kerman, Iran.

2. Kharadar (‘Salty-door’ because of it being close to the Karachi harbor)  — and NEVER spelled “Kharadhar” (a mispronunciation only possible by a Parsi accomplice not knowing Urdu/Sindhi or even Gujarati script) — is one of the oldest districts of Karachi. It is not a “road, street or Lane,” and has, in my rough estimate, more than 300 roads, streets and lanes! I lived in Kharadar with my sister and then father and sister from 1929 to 1947 and then moved to Barnes Street, close to the Mama Girls Parsi High School.

3. IT and any other district cannot have a serial house number. Houses are numbered on a road, street, or lane basis. How could “Kharadhar road, street or lane” have the number 161? Again the hidden hand of a Parsi collaborator who did not know Kharadar, or even Karachi!!

4. My name has “formally” never been Ali alone. I have a middle name and it is the part and parcel of correct my name.

5. “Jafary” is neither my Father’s name nor my Grandfather’s. They had their first names. Ja’fari in Persian script is our Family name, a well-known name in Kerman. Many Kermanis, including Zartoshtis, of more or less my age, know us. And my father neither spelled it “Jafary” in English nor did he do it the way I do it at present. His was a little different. Could my father ever make and accept such a grave mistake about his name and family name, or was it the utter ignorance of the accomplice in the forgery?

6. The British never used the word “Muslim.” It is a new term that has “popularly” entered the English vocabulary since 1950s. It was “Mohammedan.” Yet another silly slip!

7. British India did not have “paisa” in English. It had “pice.” And since 4 pice made one “anna,” and 16 annas made one “rupee,” the “fifty paisas” of modern Pakistan of 100 “paisas” in one “rupia” should have been written “Eight Annas.” A sillier slip!!!

8. And if this certificate was given to my father on “16-2 1922,” then how did the FORGING AGENT of the Traditionalist man/men/woman/women in Karachi/abroad get HOLD of it? The certificate does not show that an amount paid (as fees or BRIBE) by a “NAMED” applicant to get a “COPY” of it! It is not a copy but the supposed ORIGINAL given to my father!!!!!

The “Birth Certificate” is certainly a very very cheap, FLASHY FORGERY meant to mislead the simple Parsis by a now proven TEAM OF LIARS andFORGERS who started the campaign as a “Religious Holy War” with 17 accusations but when they were proven to be distortions, lies, and blasphemy; turned to the forgeries of academic credentials and birth certificate, unrelated to my studies and essays on the Good Religion and the Institutionalized Zoroastrianism for the last 60 years, and that too by cowardly distributing fliers WITHOUT any name/s, signature/s and address/es of the author/s. One should have seen the face of Ervad Saheb Jal N. Birdy, President, North American Mobeds Council and Vice-president, Traditional Mazdayasni Zoroastrian Anjuman, and his scanty flock distributing the fliers before and after the FEZANA Special Event!

The cheap Birth Certificate Forgery reveals how more than one letters, one complementing the other following the comments by the readers, were obtained from the Karachi University regarding my Doctor’s Degree.

The cheap forgery of the Birth Certificate proves how the “forgers” could have bribed the corrupt authorities to first eradicate the record of my degree and then obtain first a certificate addressed to no person and then in answer to criticism by Mrs. Dina McIntyre and Mr. Zal Dabhoiwala,  obtain another copy, and that too, only  a few days before the Congress. This time it is addressed to a particular person and  states that the [now] authority concerned did not find any proof of my degree. As reported on the Internet, the alleged bribe of $50,000 could even buy 100 more such certificates! They have paid a heavy “black-market” price in their three attempts of destroying the record (as reported about two years ago), obtaining a none-addressed certificate and another with an address, for a thing that carries no weight at all in my Zarathushtrian studies and published works.

All this was to cover up the LIES they have been spreading for the last 11 years on my writings on the Good Religion and the Institutionalized Zoroastrianism for which they have produced NO proof. It indeed was aimed at diverting the attention of the simple people to the forgeries not related to their allegations. The allegations had not worked!

And the persons behind the empty but loud UPROAR claim to be the heads of the North American Mobeds Council, Traditional Mazdayasni Zoroastrian Anjuman, Bombay and Karachi Parsi Panchayats, Zoroastrian Studies (Khojeste Mistree’s child that has no growth), what-nots and their “scholar” and “pseudo-scholar” feeders and foul mouthpieces!
